Salon duc Tape: "Dark Money"

**********
Salon duc Tape – “Dark Money” – December 13th, 2019
***********
How can we recover from the Citizens United decision?

At the salon on Friday, December 13th, we will view excerpts from the video “Dark Money”, followed by a discussion led by Sally Dowiatt of 350 NoCO and the Larimer Alliance for Health, Safety, and Environment. Dark Money follows investigative reporter John Adams on an expose of corporate influence in Montana elections over the past decade. Montana had some of the best campaign finance laws in the country, however, in the wake of the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision, Montana had to fight to preserve open and honest elections. Dark Money details that battle and provides a suggested road map for other states to reclaim an honest and fair election process.
